All throughout scripture, we see God set up special moments with His people. Some of them are even foundational practices within our Christian faith: communion, water baptism, Sabbath. Child Dedication Sunday is a moment for the parents or guardians of a child to get to declare their decision to raise their child(ren) in a home that loves Jesus. It is a moment where they get to dedicate their parenting to God and invite the Church to partner with them in the journey.
